Sabrina Chase In need of variety, Sabrina Chase began writing fiction while in graduate school studying experimental physics. After graduating from Penn State with a PhD in 1994, she did an NSF Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Naval Research Lab in Washington, DC, which fit in with her interest in military history. A native of the Pacific Northwest, she resides just outside of Seattle with the obligatory writer's cat, working as a software test engineer and programmer. When not writing, she occasionally falls off horses and practices aikido. Sometimes simultaneously.
Sabrina is the author of the fantasy, THE FIREHEARTED, a tale about the fall of an Empire and the citizens who must fight to survive; the science fiction novel, SEQUOYAH, about a government conspiracy hidden in the far reaches of space; and the fantasy, THE LAST MAGE GUARDIAN, a tale of lost heirs, magic, revenge, and politics in a world where magic and science coexist. All three novels are currently available. |
